Kevin P. Sullivan

A litigator, Kevin Sullivan's practice focuses on complex construction disputes and fair housing compliance. He represents owners, developers, investors, and contractors in arbitration proceedings and in federal and state courts. Kevin works closely with his clients during the construction process in an attempt to resolve disputes prior to the initiation of litigation.
In addition to his construction and fair housing practice, Kevin handles general commercial and business disputes for the firm's real estate development and nonprofit clients.
Kevin currently serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Maryland Law School. While attending law school, Kevin won the prestigious Myerowitz Award as the best oral advocate in his class. Since joining the firm he has represented clients in various pro bono matters and has served on a nonprofit board for the CollegeBound Foundation's Lawyer's Campaign.
Andrew Gendron
Andrew Gendron is a commercial litigator who has tried nearly 60 cases to verdict or judgment.
He focuses on civil trials and appeals that involve complex issues, including mass consolidations and class actions in areas such as:
- environmental suits
- shareholder class actions
- toxic torts
- corporate-governance disputes
- Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters
- product-liability cases
Mr. Gendron has successfully resolved nine putative or certified class actions -- including the defeat of certification in three cases, withdrawal of class pleadings in two, and the decertification of another on appeal.
He obtained the first opinion endorsing a contested removal to federal court under the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
